The Vice President of North American Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging a strong professional network, cultivating strategic relationships, and leading business development efforts across targeted industries, including Energy, Chemicals, Resources, Food & Beverage, and Utilities. This role focuses on expanding opportunities with existing accounts while securing new business to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate resides in the Houston area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities by leveraging industry connections and targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Expand and deepen executive-level relationships within key accounts to drive solution adoption and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with strategic consulting firms and technology/software providers to strengthen ReVisionz's collective value proposition in large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Guide ReVisionz' Partners, Practice Leads and Account owners in refining and executing account management strategies that align with revenue goals.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate growth objectives, ensuring sustained expansion across North America.
  • Actively participate in industry events, roundtables, and conferences to establish thought leadership and increase market visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Partners, Practice Leads and Marketing, to shape go-to-market strategies and generate demand.
  • Refine targeting strategies and identify emerging market opportunities through research and a data-driven approach.

Client Engagement & Strategic Influence:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation and asset information management.
  • Present compelling stories that demonstrate the business impact of ReVisionz's offerings on operational safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Engage in consultative selling, uncovering client needs and aligning solutions with their long-term business objectives.
  • Champion a client-first approach, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.

Internal Collaboration & Sales Enablement:

  • Provide input on service development and market positioning based on industry trends and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines, forecasts, and account management plans.
  • Based on annual targets, develop detailed sales execution programs and report to senior leadership on progress and achievement of targets
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution, maintaining alignment with client expectations.

  • Exceptional ability to connect and relate to executives, understand their business challenges, and identify high value solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, positioning ReVisionz as a leader in digital transformation and intelligent asset information management.
  • Tenacity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive value-driven sales while overcoming objections.
  • Highly disciplined in client follow-ups and pipeline management to ensure steady growth.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term account development.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of direct sales experience in management consulting, information management, digitalization, or technical services within process and discreet manufacturing industries (Energy, Chemicals, Resources, Nuclear, Chip Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Utilities).
  • Established and trusted relationships and an extensive network with executives, senior managers, and decision-makers in target industries, preferably in the Houston area.
  • Deep understanding of asset information management, engineering data lifecycle, and digital transformation in process industries.
  • Familiarity with software solutions from key industry vendors, including Hexagon ALI, Aveva, Bentley, OpenText xEng, Accruent, Aconex, XMPro, and Cognite.
  • Background in process engineering is a plus.
  • Reside in the Houston, TX area.

  • A track record of delivering measurable business impact, such as driving 3x to 5x revenue growth in targeted industries, and securing major new logos, Proven experience developing and executing internal sales initiatives tied to company growth targets, regional expansion and/or new industry expansion.
