For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Lead, Software Engineering, remotely from the United States.

As a Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the technical direction of projects and leading a team throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You'll work on defining architecture, guiding implementation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role will allow you to mentor engineers, shape product strategy, and influence technical decisions that impact global standards in various industries. Your leadership will contribute to innovation in fields such as urban living, media, and healthcare technology.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and guide the technical implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with architecture and overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide oversight on architecture, dependencies, and product strategies.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to their growth by leading Communities of Practice (CoPs) and offering technical expertise.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring that the code is secure, scalable, and performance-optimized.
• Drive best practices in documentation, repository management, and architecture validation across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in Java, Angular, SQL, and database management.
• Proven expertise in AWS, with hands-on experience in cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably with Java or C#.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Ability to mentor and work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
