Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the nursing department. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Hire, train, and supervise nursing staff
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Manage the nursing department budget
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• RN license in the state of employment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
