One of our companies is currently looking for an Engineering Manager, Developer Experience in the United States .

This role leads a high-impact team focused on building world-class developer experience tools and infrastructure to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and integrate AI-driven solutions into engineering processes. You'll shape strategies for developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and team operations while scaling engineering practices across a fast-growing product surface. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive how engineering productivity is measured and improved, while building tools that enable secure and efficient development across teams. You will also mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and mentor a team responsible for optimizing the developer experience through tools, infrastructure, and AI integrations.
• Define and execute strategies around source control, CI/CD pipelines, and developer environments.
• Drive experimentation and adoption of AI-powered solutions to accelerate developer velocity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
• Evolve and track productivity metrics to inform future developer experience decisions.
• Champion modern development practices and promote a culture of technical excellence and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams of 6 or more engineers.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling internal development tools and infrastructure.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and developer tooling.
• Experience integrating AI or ML technologies to enhance engineering workflows is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
• Bonus: experience in AI/ML tooling, large-scale monorepos, or development environment security best practices.
