Requirements

• Expert at Figma for wireframes, interactive prototypes, and scalable, component-based design systems.
• Passionate about UI/UXdesigning intuitive, user-first websites and elevating digital experiences.
• Versatile in graphic and branding designprint collateral, identity systems, and cross-platform visuals.
• Comfortable creating content across mediumscopywriting, typography, photoshoot direction, and illustration.
• Bring your design expertise to branding, content, and workflow shapingno task too big or too small.
• Adaptable across web and printbuilding startup brands or designing for enterprise-level platforms.
• Your portfolio shows more than skillit reveals sharp thinking, strategic design, and craft that drives results.
• Skilled at turning brand identities into engaging digital interfaces using solid UI/UX principles.
• Can document design systems clearlyspacing, grids, typography, responsive rules, and interactions.
• Equally great solo or in a crewon time, on point, and always collaborative.
• Pro in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Organized, detail-obsessed, and proud of the work you ship.
• Confident communicator who backs up decisions with mindful research and clear rationale.
• Open to feedback, curious by nature, and never afraid to ask sharp questions.
• Thrive in multidisciplinary teams and love tackling a wide range of design challenges.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bonus points if you're Chicago-based and can swing by the office occasionally.
• Motion graphics chops are a plusthink simple videos or slick micro-animations.
